Lesson 30 - Food and Drink

Here are some food and drink words in Te Reo Maori

hiainu thirsty
hiakai hungry
hua whenua vegetables
huka sugar
kai food
kapu kawhe cup of coffee

Click on the words and you will hear them pronounced correctly in Maori.

Spend the next week learning these words. Next week will will introduce you to some more food and drink vocabulary.
